What we collect

When you submit the quote request form, we collect: your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, homeowner status, electric utility, monthly electric bill, project type, battery interest, timeline, roof age (optional), shading notes (optional), credit range (optional), preferred contact method, and project description. We also record the page you submitted from and any UTM parameters or Google Click Identifier (gclid) present in the URL.

On every page, we record standard web-analytics data: IP-derived country, browser, page viewed, referrer, and event interactions. We use self-hosted Umami analytics, which does not use cookies and respects Do-Not-Track.

How we use it

• Match your quote request to Arizona-licensed installers who serve your utility territory and specialty.
• Respond to your inquiry by phone, SMS, or email.
• Measure marketing performance (how you arrived, which page converted).
• Detect spam and abuse (honeypot fields, duplicate detection).

Who we share it with

We share your quote request with up to four Arizona-licensed residential solar installers whose service territory and specialty match your request. We do not sell your information to broad marketing lists, data brokers, or unaffiliated third parties.

We also share information with the following service providers who process data on our behalf: HubSpot (CRM), our email notification provider, and our self-hosted analytics system.

Communications

By submitting the form you agree to be contacted by Arizona Solar Hub and matched installers via phone, SMS, or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS; unsubscribe link in any email.

Call recording

Arizona is a one-party consent state for call recording. If we record an inbound call, we disclose it at the start of the call. Recordings are retained only for quality assurance and are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing cody@codyborders.com. We respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
